Suddenly, Nuance Matters In Florida

I'm not going to call the verdict in the Casey Anthony case a travesty of justice, because frankly, I don't recall a single piece of evidence that one could trace, Tinkers to Evers to Chance, from Casey to Caylee's death. Not that I paid that much attention, but I read the summaries.

Sure, there were obvious clues that the girl was murdered and there were obvious clues that the mother was a prime suspect, and a good prosecutor would have made the case establishing a more firm connection.

What I do find interesting is that suddenly, Floridians, at least these twelve, decided that laws were paramount.
